When initially coming on board Mechelle spent the first year primarily on creating the look, feel and ease of use for business listing searches on the search engine. Mechelle researched and consulted with several agencies to find out which categories would bring the best value to visitors and from there created the 200+ business sections for consumers to search around to find business services and products.

Before joining to the Directory52 Networks, Mechelle served as a Consultant for a Start up Online Newspaper that recruiter her to direct them in finding new ways to getting businesses found online. This experience is what lead Mechelle to Directory52, another budding company, that could use a fresh approach to build an online/offline brand of Advertising and Marketing.

Mechelle also nurtured her career in Outside Sales for over twelve years with the largest Advertising and Retail Firms in the Nation. Spending time with either CEO's or Small Business Owners she developed long time relationships with key players developing strategies to build their brands. Mechelle easily addressed clients needs and focused their Advertising Budgets on Innovative Ideas that were not common in the Industry at the time. Her tactics in growing those businesses and sales staff left her with the reputation of being professionally aggressive and an out of the box thinker.

When asked about her personal goals for the Directory52 Network, Mechelle plans to oversee the Sales Department into a word class Advertising Organization. She plans to create a space to certify Mid level Sales Leaders for better practices in Sales and Marketing. Mechelle plans to continue building the Integrity of the company into high ethical standards within the Marketing arena and grow the Sales Department into a highly warranted as a key player in the Advertising Industry.

By 2013 as the Certification rolls out Mechelle, plans to recruit from within 70 National Sales Trainers to travel with her and change the face of Advertising as we know today. Her tactics are considered "unconventional" with an optimistic eye for the future.
